These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store (“Store”) available at: www.ecumods.net

These Terms and Conditions apply to Consumers, Entrepreneurs, and Sole Proprietors with Consumer Rights under Polish law.

To use the Store, the Customer must accept these Terms and Conditions

Definitions

Customer – any entity placing an order in the Store.

Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to professional activity.

Business Customer – a Customer acting for professional/commercial purposes.

Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights – a sole proprietor making a non-professional purchase (Art. 385⁵ of Polish Civil Code).

Seller – the operator of the Store (details in §1).

Goods / Products – items offered for sale in the Store.

Order – a declaration of will leading to a Sales Agreement.

Sales Agreement – a distance contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller.

Ordering Process

Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Prices shown on the website are gross prices and include all required taxes.

The price displayed at the time of placing the Order is binding.

To place an Order, the Customer must:

* Select products.

* Provide necessary personal and shipping data.

* Choose a delivery and payment method.

* Confirm the Order.

The Sales Agreement is concluded once the Seller confirms the Order.

Payment Methods

The Store offers the following payment options:

* Online payments by Przelewy24.pl.

Delivery

Products are shipped to the address specified by the Customer during checkout.

Available delivery methods include:

* Postal delivery.

* Other methods available during checkout.

Order processing time is 2-3 days, excluding transport time.

Delivery costs are shown during checkout and depend on weight, size, and destination.

Right of Withdrawal

A Consumer or Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights has the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day the Customer receives the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must submit a clear statement via e-mail.

The Customer must return the product within 14 days of notifying the Seller, at their own cost.

The Seller will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the returned product or receiving proof of shipment.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in situations listed in Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, such as:

* Customized or built-to-order products.

* Sealed items opened after delivery.

Complaints (Warranty / Non-Conformity)

The Seller is liable for the conformity of the goods with the contract under the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.

Complaints should be submitted to the e-mail.

A complaint should include:

* Customer’s name.

* Order number.

* Description of the defect.

* Photos or videos (if possible).

The Seller will respond within 14 days.

If the complaint is justified, the Seller will:

* Repair the product

* Replace it with a new one.

* Reduce the price.

* Refund the full amount — in accordance with the law.

Personal Data Protection (GDPR / RODO)

The Seller is the Administrator of the personal data of Customers.

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

* Order processing.

* Account management.

* Handling complaints and returns.

* Sending marketing messages (if consent is given).

Customers have the right to:

* Access their data.

* Correct or update it.

* Request deletion.

* Limit processing.

* Object to processing.

* Lodge a complaint with the relevant authority.

Data is not sold or transferred to unauthorized entities.

Customer Account

Creating an account is optional.

The Customer must provide true and accurate data.

The Customer may delete their account at any time.

Technical Requirements

To use the Store, the Customer must have:

* Device with internet access.

* Active e-mail address.

* Web browser supporting JavaScript and Cookies.

Final Provisions

Matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable Polish and EU law, including:

* Polish Civil Code.

* Polish Consumer Rights Act.

* Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

* GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Changes do not affect Orders placed before the modification.
